Queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a full size bed in a loft and sleeper sofa in living room. Wi-fi, cable provided plus water/sewer (electric billed based on usage). Washer/dryer in unit. Access to in-ground pool (opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day), horse shoe pits, walking trails, volleyball and basketball courts. A short walk to our cove at Lake James with boat access! Boat storage available for a monthly fee. 1 pet allowed. Non-refunable $400 pet fee with $35/month pet rent. Close to Lake James State Park with lots of hiking trails to enjoy. Asheville is 30 minutes away. If you happen to be a member of the national Moose Lodge, we have a private entrance to Marion Moose Lodge, one of the largest in the nation! Short term nightly rentals are also available.
