About this property

This is a great recreational tract located in southwest Surry County in Elkin. The property is made up of 138+/- acres of mixed timber with some strategically placed food plots. The entire property is accessible with a good trail system allow easy access to all parts. There is a bold stream that runs with the southwest property line and several small spring fed streams internally that would make great pond sites. This tract has an abundance of whitetail and turkey sign and appears to be a great habitat. The timber was cut in winter of 1997.
